Recruitment Placement Performance
The Opportunity

A great placement deserves a great start.

Securing the right role is only the beginning. What happens in the first weeks and months often determines:

  • 01 How quickly they establish credibility
  • 02 Their relationships with key stakeholders
  • 03 Their confidence in decision-making
  • 04 Clarity around priorities
  • 05 Their ability to handle increased expectations
  • 06 Ultimately, how successfully they transition into the role

Help your candidates turn a successful placement into a successful transition.

How It Works

Three steps. No cost. No complexity.

A straightforward handover from placement to performance — you stay in control of the relationship throughout.

01

You place talent

Your candidate successfully secures their new role.

02

I coach them

You offer them a complimentary Placed to Perform™ coaching session as an additional candidate benefit — tailored entirely to their circumstances, challenges and ambitions.

03

They decide what's next

The complimentary session stands completely on its own. If they'd like to continue, they engage me independently at a preferred partner rate.

The Commercial Picture

Nothing to fund. Nothing to manage. Nothing to worry about.

$0

Agency Cost

No charge to your firm for offering the benefit.

$0

Client Cost

The hiring organisation doesn't need to fund it either.

No Obligation

Candidates are free to stop after their complimentary session.

Confidential

What's discussed in coaching stays between coach and candidate.

There are no referral commissions and no hidden commercial arrangements with your agency.

Strengthen your client proposition

Demonstrate that your interest extends beyond simply filling the vacancy.

Add value without adding cost

The service requires no additional L&D or candidate-care budget on your side.
