New Role Performance Coaching

Your next role requires your next level.

Stepping up brings a new set of expectations — of others, and of yourself. Coaching helps you build the mindset, energy and habits to meet them, starting with a complimentary 90-minute session focused entirely on you.

Referred by your recruiter? Your session is completely confidential — nothing discussed is shared with your recruiter or employer.

New Role Personal Performance A Better Outcome — In and Out of Work
The Transition

Getting the role was one challenge. Becoming your best in it is another.

You've proved you can get the opportunity. Now comes a new environment, new stakeholders and a higher bar — much of it self-imposed. Trying to do everything for everyone from day one usually backfires.

Where to focus first Establishing credibility New stakeholders Increased responsibility

If any of this sounds familiar — this is exactly where this coaching starts.

“The first complimentary session was all it took for me to wake up and realise what changes I needed to make.”

The Method

Your performance doesn't start with your to-do list.

Sustainable performance is created by how you think, how you feel, and what you consistently do.

THINK BETTER

Build the mental operating system for your next level.

Greater clarity on who you want to be and how you want to approach the role.
FEEL BETTER

Build the energy and emotional foundation to perform.

The physical and emotional capacity to perform without running yourself down.
PERFORM BETTER

Turn potential into consistent progress.

Insight and ambition turned into repeatable behaviours and real progress.
The Bigger Picture

Success should improve your life.

Career progression can create financial freedom, confidence and influence — but only if you build the capacity to handle what comes with it. The goal isn't simply to perform better at work. It's to operate in a way that lets you perform confidently, decide faster, and stay present for the life you have outside it.

Perform confidently at the new level
Make better decisions, faster
Handle pressure without being controlled by it
Be genuinely present outside work

Professional success should contribute to a better life — not require sacrificing one.

Where Coaching Helps

Your role is unique. So is what's getting in your way.

This is individual coaching, not a rigid course — most people recognise themselves in one of these, not all three.

"I want to prove I belong here."

Build confidence and credibility as you step up, without constant self-doubt or needing external validation.

"Everything feels important."

Create clarity and priorities when competing demands make it hard to know where to focus.

"I know there's another level in me."

Turn intentions into consistent habits — closing the gap between what you're capable of and how you actually show up.

FAQ
Who is this coaching for?
Ambitious mid-to-senior professionals entering a significant new role, promotion or increase in responsibility.
Is the first session really complimentary?
Yes. The initial 90-minute session is a genuine coaching session with no charge and no obligation to continue.
Is this career coaching?
Not primarily. The focus isn't helping you find a role — it's helping you perform at your best once you've secured one.
What happens after the first session?
If it provides value and feels right, we can discuss continuing over roughly 3–6 months — no obligation either way.
Does my recruiter or employer know what we discuss?
No. Coaching conversations are confidential. If you were introduced through a recruitment partner, the content of the session is never shared with them.
Do you need experience in my industry?
No. This is performance coaching, not technical mentoring — the focus is on how you think, decide and perform within your own context.
Is coaching therapy?
No. Performance coaching is future-focused and centred on development, behaviour, goals and performance. It doesn't replace appropriate mental-health care.
