One simple change.
A personal challenge changed the course of my life in 2020.Choosing to take a break from alcohol for 30 days soon turned into 100, then 365. Today I'm more than 1,000 days alcohol-free and every aspect of my personal and professional life has improved exponentially.I was a 'middle-lane drinker'. I never had a problem with alcohol and, in fact, considered my habits fairly normal.Alcohol was one of my oldest and most reliable friends, but when we parted ways, the areas where it was holding me back were dramatically uncovered.
