ABOUT YOUR COACH
Paul McCormack
Before training with one of the world's leading coaches and becoming a certified Executive Performance Coach and Positive Psychology specialist, Paul spent the majority of his corporate career in middle management roles across the finance, recruitment, and legal industries in both London and Sydney.
In 2020, a break from alcohol sparked a deeper personal development journey. What began as a short experiment became a catalyst for sustained change, leading to three successive promotions, the creation of two online businesses, and the strongest physical and mental health of his adult life.
Today, Paul works with professionals who want to operate at their best, sustainably. His coaching focuses on gaining clarity around what matters, aligning values with actions, and optimising mindset, habits, and energy so success feels purposeful rather than forced.
More than five years alcohol-free, Paul also supports professionals who are curious about the performance benefits of reducing or removing alcohol. His approach helps clients take intentional breaks to enhance focus, wellbeing, and control, without relying on willpower or feeling restricted.

"Coaching is the difference between imagined and achieved. Most people already know what they need to do. The challenge is executing consistently, without burning out or losing direction. Clarity, accountability, and consistency aren’t glamorous, but together they’re incredibly effective. That’s the work."

What My Clients Say
"I was immediately drawn to [Paul's] philosophy and skill set! Knowing much of the information Paul gave me he was able to deliver and communicate in a way that I could resonate and use it in a real world setting. I can not explain and thank Paul enough for his time and knowledge on this. 2025 has already started extremely well and I will implement everything I have learnt! We all need a Paul in our life and I hope he shares his wisdom and knowledge far and wide.”
- Gavin Taylor
“It's a fact that many men still feel a stigma around seeking help or expressing their thoughts and feelings, and as a result, much often goes unsaid. When I met Paul, he offered a structured approach with reflection and clear actions for moving forward. This resonated with my belief that taking action is the key to overcoming challenges. Paul's coaching provided clarity, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to maximize their potential through focused conversation, thought expansion, and action.”
- Andy Miles
"I was drawn to Paul from seeing his posts on LinkedIn. Even though it wasn’t alcohol that I needed help with I thought there would be common ground in his specialism. The first complimentary session was all it took for me to wake up and realise what changes I needed to make and I look forward to checking back in with Paul again soon”
